Permits # BLDG14-0946 and SOIL14-0083 were requested to be closed by one of the owners at this property (Victoria Pebbles).



Regarding BLDG14-0946;

The only money paid was this permit application was the plan review fee, and plan review fees are non-refundable. When a permit application is submitted for building, we always require payment of the review fee because we are spending the man-hours to mark up the plans to code. Since I see that the plan review work has already been performed, no refund is due. In addition, this permit application is over a year old and is no longer valid.

Regarding SOIL14-0083;

The Soil Erosion permit SOIL14-0083 was never approved, and no money was ever requested from the submitter. Since no fees were ever paid on it, again, no refund is due. In addition, this permit application is over a year old and is no longer valid.
